Breastfeeding and milk storage? How to do it and why is it important? Breastfeeding is when you feed your baby breast milk, usually directly from your breast. It’s also called nursing. Or, it may be pumped by hand and fed to the baby. Making the decision for breastfeeding is a personal matter. There is so much to know about it. But, don’t you worry. In my three pillars “Rest, Recover & Reconnect”, I created video’s in which we will discuss breastfeeding. As a breastfeeding postpartum doula, we will work thru the next 12 weeks of health and recovery.

Hi Mammas! Welcome to the Bold Mamma community! I created the Bold Mamma program because I not only realized there is a huge gap between maternity care. But also, with traditional postpartum practices in the postpartum period, also known as the fourth trimester. In addition, I had no idea what to expect after I gave birth to my son. And, I was also completely unaware of the physical changes my body would experience. Not to mention, how to manage them. At the same time, I had no idea of how to safely progress back into working out. Especially, after being cleared to return to training at my 6 week postpartum check up.
My mission is to not only bridge this gap. But, to also empower other moms with a full comprehensive postpartum plan. In the hope that, they can boldly navigate the fourth trimester and beyond. For the most part, most expecting parents have a birth plan. Although, not a lot of providers talk about how to plan your postpartum journey. For this reason, I’m here to change that! Not only, from the initial healing phase of recovering after giving birth. But also, to get your core and pelvic floor ready to handle working out safely. In summary, I am here to guide you along the way.
